Le Logge Monovariety Raggia extravergine olive oil is typical of our area, the cultivation of Raggia olives being strictly limited to central Marche region. Organoleptic tests performed every year confirm a particularly low acidity grade of the extravergine olive oil Le Logge and hence its importance in a healthy Mediterranean diet.
COLOUR: intense green with golden traces
SCENT: fruity flavoured with intense green fragrances of parsley and basil
TASTE: distinctive green almond flavour with slight sweet hints.

Excellent on pasta, salad, vegetables and meat. The aroma of the Blend enriches and intensifies the flavour of the dishes
